When the things are sort of spiraling out of control, you feel that you're full, you know, can't take anymore... We need that outlet. We need that thing that is going to relax our brain and we're all different. Some of us can take a walk and take a breath. Some of us might want to fill our head with music and dance it out. We can do things like maybe a yoga class to relax our brain. We could even take a nap to stop the madness that's going on. We could even have a cry and that's totally fine as well just to release that pressure. Sometimes we don't know it yet so we have to try different things but enable us to look after ourselves, to look after our mental health, the things that are going to help us move forward. Having that time to do the thing that helps you is really important. So listen to your body if you're not making the decisions if you're feeling too full find the thing that helps you.
